Underpaid employees, Supersourcing is looking for needy people and then negotiate in very low price. They will offer unpaid internships and after Successfully completion of 6 months HR offers 96000 KPA that's the standard of supersourcing, Supersourcing is spending too much money on Social media marketing ang unnecessary events, HR department is very unethical they are not HR only a mediator between higher management and employee. They promised you to take you to the moon and after joining all the things changed totally,

There is a list 1. No professionalism ,everyone is doing what they want to do, there is no process of work. 2. Everyone remove their shoes during going inside office ,for what joy, because office is a temple ....lol.. keep temple as temple and office as office ,let's keep both things straight. 3. Hire and fire culture so please be aware before joining here because you never know when you will be asked to exit. 4. Toxic environment that why they are hiring always, and hiring never stop here . 5. Everyone is manager here ,because there way of attracting candidate to join is based on their designation,so don't get fooled by this trap. 6. Post offer release no follow up from HR team as if these people are Google or FAANG, they expect candidate only to follow up with hr team on their onboarding schedule. 7. Purely a LaLa company ,first I dint believe in this but soon I realise that last reviews were very true.
