I worked at Supersil from 3rd June 2024 to 7th jan 2025 and had a horrific experience. Unfortunately, I faced severe physical and mental harassment from Mr. kalpesh sheth which made my work life unbearable. I was consistently forced to work late nights, often alone in the office, which was uncomfortable and stressful. Moreover, I was repeatedly coerced into attending Lions Club International events, despite my reluctance and lack of interest, many times I was forcefully touched by him, so due to employment agreement I tried resigning many times but my resignation was not accepted after multiple resignation on 26th December my resignation was accepted and after when I was on leave multiple times my boss tried calling my mother and I worked at Supersil from 3rd June 2024 to 7th jan 2025 and had a horrific experience. Unfortunately, I faced severe physical and mental harassment from my supervisor, which made my work life unbearable. I was consistently forced to work late nights, often alone in the office, which was uncomfortable and stressful. Moreover, I was repeatedly coerced into attending Lions Club International events, despite my reluctance and lack of interest, many times I was forcefully touched by him, so due to employment agreement I tried resigning many times but my resignation was not accepted after multiple resignation on 26th December my resignation was accepted and after when I was on leave multiple times my boss tried calling my mother and torchered her about my work during my notice period. My Reporting manager Mr. Kalpesh sheth also crossed professional boundaries by commenting on my personal matters, making me feel disrespected and vulnerable. As my safety I hve filled police complaint against him but just want to inform all the females who are willing to join supersil must know about all these things as I had informed other higher authorities about this issue but there was no support from here end as well. so it's a request if u are mentally strong to handle such situations then please join or think before joining, as I'm not the only girl who has faced there are many such girls who have gone through the same situation. her about my work during my notice period.
