...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Backend employees are treated in a terrible way with no PF and salary compensation is also not as per standards they take advantage of peoples need an organization with clear visibility but lack of professionalism in dealing with the employees.

...mit at same time are you kidding 😂 lol ..... They want to earn for them self They really don't give value to your works not even a good salary, you will under pay , salary will never credit on time for sure fow lower level. This is my feedback. I suggest never join this toixc environment companies.
