Working environment is very very good. There are a lot of things to learn for better future. Management is very good. I am very happy with the organisation. Thanks for being a part of Superon Stanvac Group.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Package is good , GM is good nature and understanding. He will support every time. And guide.

Unnecessary wording of Boss, he will not confident about how manpower manage ,if all person do all work, then why industries are selecting proper person from proper stream, or qualification. For particular field.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Compony policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good sellery think and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very very poor management. They are surviving one and only because of their product strength with Distributor money. Most of the Distributor are searching for the alternative products to quit this company...

Dislikes

First of all they don't trust the engineers who is working for them. They don't honour their commitment. Speaking some thing and doing something. They don't have a ethical business startegy.
