Pulling legs and back biting is common but management doesnot address our issues ,Salary needs to be enhance.training is not given to new comers.

It's a good organisation with supportive staff but limited space for highly skilled, innovative and dedicated staff and financial benefits are not as per industry norms, salary package is very low in current senior. Lack of staff heraricy and very limited opportunities for grow it may take more than 5 years to change for higher position. Overall job is safe and staff is supportive. Thanks Shoaib
