The Diversity is of the brand is so vast . Its a pleasure to work with such premium brand. Alot of activities involved along with regular work routine.

Nothing dislike-able specifically for the Brand however the company should encourage a healthy work life balance and good annual package to the employees. The work load is more than any other retail . However its the best company to start your career with . You get to learn alot of things working with this company.

... this brand is really good only if your seniors are helpful and friendly to you. For me it was a nice journey but in the end they started politics, keep shifting the locations and they didn't pay me my money which I spent for the store from my pocket. They just keep on telling that m, they dont have store petty card yet, didn't get the budget yet and bla bla bla. So moral of this journey is, if you wanna learn you should go for it and leave as soon as you learn things before they start that politics on you. :)))

...d shifting the locations and they dont even consider your family genuine issues. They didn't even pay my own money which I spent for the store expenses. The money was approx 5000/- and they just keep on telling that they didn't get the budget yet, didn't get the petty card yet or they just don't pick up your call.

Biggest issue is salary and deductions . Salary deduction are very high mostly people they left job just because of salary deduction. Work pressure is also high. Leave management is very poor, we have to beg for our own leaves which are provided by company. Our seniors they don't understand that we also have our personal life we also want to spend time and to celebrate festivals with our family.

Don’t ever work with this company. They give false information about the incentive and never ever give to you. If left the company for around 3 months before and they haven’t give my complete full and final. They have to give me around 10k to me. They tell you to work more than your roles.

It was good experience in superdry company . I like tha culture. This brand is very colorful nd vintage look . Every new launches they are provided training with product management. I m satisfied this brand .
