When I joined the company I was allocated to a pharmacy where my colleagues are experienced senior staffs. It helped me a lot to understand about not just the medicines but also skincare, nutrition, health equipments etc. I was able to clarify the doubts about almost every items in the Pharmacy. If I experienced a difficulty in clarifying , there was my colleagues who with their experience will be able to help the customer.

Dislikes

The Pharmacy in which you work plays an important role. There were not just helping colleagues, there was also people whom you cannot trust so back stabbing can happen. But again only few people are like that. It depends on your luck.
