There is no growth of the company but why ? I am saying you the truth as the person who are capable of having good salary they are getting less and who are less capable they are getting more. So where is the skill and where will be the growth. Obviously a less capable of person is the ultimate waste for the company articles.

Salary on time, Canteen facility, Job is secure jab tak mann lga k kaam kr rahe ho,, Ab kaam hi ni kroge to kahi v security ni milega. Yearly increment is sure it may late but it will.

Company is good. It maintains ISO standards and works to maintain equipments life and SOP's. It also tries to maintain spares availability.

Salary isn't satisfactory. The security & HR department is rude.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address out issues.salary is decent but career gro6is sloe. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to nee joinees
