...y that you get apointment letter only after you complete 6months in the company. It means if u leave company before 6 months they deduct or recover 1 month salary of yours from your full and final. There is no working culture in the company, MD and CMD both son and father are egoistic persons they thinks they are the owner of whole city. They feel employs like their servants they fire people if their assistants complaint about you without listening your side. They give punishments like keep u standing at the gate for 15, 30mins. I never seen such stupid owners in my life. Which i saw in this company. If u get a offer from this company for a higher salary then please dont leave your current company for a horrible experience.

Salary timing is good , further people's having pressure to loss his job every day , environmental condition is very political , New joining person can not work with his skill.

PA of management having advantage of his role and other employee job are not safe , behavior of HR and serecratory are very bad Women's are not safe by CMDs secretary Management don't ready to discussion or any type of morning meeting etc , only instruction have to followed by a management ,

Flattering, management is puppet of peon and secretary. They take decisions on the basis of secretary's false feedback. Females are not safe. Management secretary take full advantage of his position and enjoy.

Staff is treated disrespectfully. Person who will join, will surely loose his job. Customers are badly treated. They are being made fool.
