This company is the best one for freshers to learn something. Here i joined as a fresher. And I learnt inspection, documentation & CMM too...

Salary.... here the salary package will not satisfy anyone. Increment per year is 1000 only. However that 1000 also not given this year due to Corona.

This is one of the travelling job, so we could not spend time with family. Salary structure also so much poor. Basic skills only having benefits here.

Not allowing the front line workers to access mobile during the emergency Cab facilities are not up to the mark Pushing employees to do overtime and threaten them about their work - no job security No growth No policies related to POSH - Poor culture

But management people behaviour is wrong. Notice period 3months. Joining period 1month Settlement documents not provided by HR department everything is confidential... Working time never end. Am not recommending to anyone.

1. Company located at forest area 2.working culture is very bad.asking to work like a bull 3.company timing is 8am to 4.30pm.but you need to stay upto 7.30pm - 8.30pm..sometimes it may extended. 4.company offer 4hrs permission per month.but if you take permission means they will deduct half day from your leave balance. 5.they wont provide insurance and all. 6.poor management
