Overall a good organization. There's a tremendous amount of scope for learning for those who want to learn. It's a manufacturing as well as B2C company. So you will gain knowledge of the sector. Currently 5 major brands are tied up with SPPL. Kodak, Thomson, White Westinghouse, Westinghouse, Blaupunkt are the major brand licensees. Company culture is improving. It will grow eventually as it progresses.

Dislikes

Working Days are Monday to Saturday. Delay in salary. Work Culture needs to be improved. Lack of office activities (Fun friday/saturday etc).

You will not be getting any feedbacks what matter for them is employee coming on time.

Dislikes

1) Not proper washrooms availablepoor hygiene conditions. 2) No Saturday's off and people on management wish their employees should be available on Sunday's as well. 3) Appraisals have not been given since 3 years to the employees. 4) No flexibility for working hours strict rules for office timings. 5) Management have no proper feedbacks to share they reject your work based on that they don't like it. 6) Torture employees once they don't need them so that they resigns themselves. 7) 0 learnings since I have joined. 8) People indulge in nonsense talks about others not related to work. Join at your own risk.

Appraisals (Cycle Delayed sometime) they know your worth. Working freedom you can think & apply anything easily as compared to other companies I have worked with in the past.

Dislikes

Language & Culture is really spoiled. Substandardly Skilled/Experienced Top to Bottom. No L & D Opportunity. No Facilities at all (Monetary or Non-Monetary)

Its a good growing organisation. Its has some demerits as well and also have some merits like good working culture, job security, it helps to grow your skill and overall employee skills polishment and development.

Dislikes

Not overcome with new employees and modern technology.
