Excellent company to be with. Directors are in touch with each and every employee. Very grounded management. Well connected with market and know where the company stands. Have clear vision for growth. Excellent work- life balance. All employees are treated at par without any partiality. Intention and positive efforts are more valued than the results.

Not very successful in putting performance accountability on team managers.

Over all Good Experience in Super bond Group only one query company not provided ESIC facility to our dependend family members. I humble request to conpany pls provide ESIC facility to our family members.
