Compensation is decent,but career growth is very slow.The work pressure is very high.sometimesI have to work 14_18hrstraight in a day.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management company policy are good appraisals are fair and they are good

There is a lot off politics management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

Verry poor management,no job security no growth,salary verry less ,no compensation,no medical facility available and also traveling and canteen not available.

I got good experience in this company. This company is good for freshers to learn. They give free hand to the employees and there is no work pressure. To develop as a engineer especially for freshers, I suggest this company is very good.

Working environment is very bad and no value for engineering every one treated as helper, labour, rude behave even they security or senior and no one support to learn .so I fell very bad experience from the SAIL.
