New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

... know in automotive industry it’s much more helpful to improve our knowledge. In this covid19 situation I’m not working for last three months due to fear about corona virus,but they helped financially by giving salary to fulfill our need in these pandemic situation now I realised I’m working in trusted company .they helped all employees and employers also,thanks for taking care and helped for us .company working with less number of projects still they are not terminated anyone from our company this shows how much of respect they put on everyone thank u so much super auto forge

Some of employes working superbly still they are not promoted by designation , and salary.this depromote everyone who perform well, Salary increment is less allow employees to work only 8 hours Too late to issue shoes ,uniforms Worst foods No transport for inter plant man movement No teamouts Tea is not good
