We are working 12-16 hours in fix salary. No matter you are site engineer, quality Engineer, chemical engineer, design engineer all are working as a supervisor and helper And you no have any right to talk about salary, Company have 0 bank balance to distribute your salary. So there you are only bandhuwa Mazdoor.

Learning about FRP tanks and cooling towers.

Dislikes

No growth for non design engineers. If you are in design then it's good. In production you have to do labour work irrespective of the fact that you are engineer. That is biggest downside.
