I've joined sunrise as a fresher in the year of 2020 and started working with sunrise as QA/QC Engineer and this journey led me by so many learnings, good and bad experiences. If someone would ask to conclude my review for this organization then I must say that for an individual who's positive minded and wants to grow, learn beyond their comfort zone/limits, and willing to take initiatives, This organization is real time open ground of opportunities for them. Work culture average and people working here is good. IF I WOULD HAVE TO SUMMARIES MY EXPERIENCE IN ONE WORD WHICH I LIKE ABOUT SUNRISE IS "LEARNINGS"

There are lot of demerits to consider, which if management will take care then this organization has high potential to grow in the future as compared to what it is right now (year-2022). Proper trainings should be given to new comers, appreciation, work acknowledgement, encouragement is lacking from management side and apart from that everything is good but if you're a kind of a person who expect some appreciation in return of your hard work or if you want that your hard/smart work should be acknowledged then you might feel disappointments. So you always have to clap for yourself and you have to back your own-self. You have to keep your moral and self-motivation high and always look for the better learning opportunities as much as you can and doing so will ultimately make you more worthy and better improved and evolved person in your personal as well as professional life which will help you to face LIFE. AND AT THE END WORKING IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR IS NEVER SO HARD IF WE COMPARE IT WITH THE SOLDIERS DEPUTED ON THE BORDERS FAR FROM THEIR FAMILIES. SO HAVE ENOUGH FAITH IN YOURSELF THAT YOU WILL END UP ACHIEVING YOUR DREAM LIFE AND THESE LEARNINGS AND HARDSHIPS ARE PART OF THAT!

The organisation has taken of all workers by giving grocery for two months. Giving sanitizer, mask at a minimum rates for personal use Also donate grocery kits to poor In company all measure are taken like checking all through thermal gun, sanitizing all vehicles and whole factory. And wearing compulsory mask for employees and workers.

As a sales man... I fell very very very good... I love the fact that i am a part of company. Also the company is increasing thier market in various states of india... Actually its a stationary manufacturing company mostly chalks... Now the company is also getting into ball pens production.. As a part of it i fell happy...

Nothing... But iits products are few... Its getting into more production... Like ball pens... Thanks for that idea... And its a small scale industries...

Terrible experiance. No job security at all, employee is joining and leaving the company very offer. This is the company culture. Almost no salary increment may take 2 to 3 years for one time increment and at the time of leaving they hold salary for 2 months and never pay later on. Work life balance is horrible. May have to work until 9 pm / 10 pm.

I think all employees who are working in this company and left from this company have same views as i mentioned. Nothing is good in this company.
