All employees are good and helpful, management is also very helpful and cooperative,

Dislikes

Within 5 yrs I have get 2 time salary hike but you know that cost of leaving is too much high, low salary person not be survive ,if annually salary not increases.

Job security is there, work culture is good. Appraisals are fair and bonus is given every year.

Dislikes

Yearly Salary hike is not consistent since last 3-4 years. Though salaries are decent but career growth seems to be slow.

...e one rong decision then the most is crying.the company froth is also very slow.rhe salary is not make timely. We have fill-up the appraisal but there are no any meaning to provide the details because the increments advised given by mgmt.

There is nothing to like in this.This company has the worst management. The workers do not have any kind of facility.A tea is available in the name of Subhidha and that too after seeing the face of a human being.

Dislikes

There is very poor quality management in this company.If you feel like it, the company that exploits the workers is sponsored by the owner.Here there is no hope of increase in wages of workers and exploitation is increasing day by day.If anyone opposes it then the worst solution is given to him.There is no such thing as safety hereThe management calls the workers careless and leaves them to fend for themselves if any untoward incident happens to them.

Here is some old employee, so that they have enough experience, but not update as per situation, HR department not any action on it, and rest are ok/fine
