Daily there will be a training,we can learn something daily,higher officer too teach us,salary is sufficient to me, transport is available, cab is very comfort, environment is also good, frequently innovation can be apply,nice place to work freely.lan

The work pressure is high.sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend many problems in evening and sometimes late into night.Also, there is no on-job for fresher's, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes
