Starting career growth for good company and salary increment depend upon our work performance and working environment is good, travel facility also good for company employee,old equipment in company but new equipment are putting their bcoz. No trouble shooting problem log time and no production dely.,but now no vacancy for new candidate I'm also off rool work on Sunday company.

No salary increment for jobs and whenever some employee are zero increment due to empoly politics.

Sunflag make SOP for all stages during entry Point gate and at work station, allows aftern thermal scan and properly sanitise the hands through security guards at main entrance. Provide safety mask to all called employees. Social distance will be maintained and monitoring will be done at very high level through camera surveillance.

Dislikes

Job satisfaction was killed by management. Monthly Salary given by management at middle the month very harracing like beagers. No HOD have power to improve themself, all are gulam and follow management instructions without any clarification. Appraisal and growth is impossible dreams of middle management persons last few years. Personal life / social values is only the staying thinks..not in prictical life for staff. We are sorry to say sunflag treating humens as ..... & Loves machine only. No humanity. Now a days...... Sunflag need to improve his culture and have to boost the mental and financial moral of (middle staff) humens working with them . Otherwise in sunflag ... sun is there but not giving life, but burning hearts of staff and their loved family members.....

Work environment is good, company policy is management supposed only, always in pressurized and no appraisals not good salary or bonus like

Lot of politics , from last two years no salary rise and no promotions only manegement candidate who is around the boss are promoted

Company is good n excellent machine facilities but policy needs to be revised n simultaneously change

...nt is transparent. Company policies are good , appraisals are not fair enough ..you will work at same salary for long term untill you get annoyed.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
