Company is having some innovative technology formulations tie ups with some multinational companies but marketing strategy was poor, its weak in competitive market. Management assumption is very good expectation about brands in the market but in reality it was poor, some places nobody knows about company brands, and need to spend more time in the field only, difficulty to work life balance. Company specially preferring to take freshers, because they can recruits on lower packages. But lot of burdens goes to front line mangers, because freshers are freshers only , we need to train them in multiple ways. One fresher to become a matured executive its easily takes six months period, then only we can expect result from him. But management was not baring till that period.
