Nothing, need to really develop good HR practices true MNC culture, its old company and has wide customer base. Business focus HR company and not people focused.

Plz dont target me and consider this as feedback as due to this company i suffered 6 months n ruied my career, life, family, mental heath and everything and forced to share. Does not value people and thier career, hire and fire culture to own senior manager without proper justification. doesn't have proper planning, leadership. When i joined as senior manager i was not given JD, goals were not assigned, everything went good, when my newborn child was in ICU i didnt get off and was working till 11 PM. Duty starts on time but never ends before 10 pm . Extremely level of politics within team and management. Employee is last priority, doesnt have microoven in office to hear the lunch. It favors Arabs and high level of marketing and promotion of company through external agency. Rarher that much research should be done to owm employee and bring good people practices.

I work for Injazat client and my visa is under Sundus Recruitment Services. As for as working culture, there is no direct interaction with Sundus team other than Account team and HR team.

As i got only visa from Sundus, so i dont find any negative thoughts
