Company is very conservative with respect to appraisal and bonus payout. They are not very flexible with brokerage payout. They are not well connected or recall of the brand is very poor (Atleast in Kolkata)

EXTREME POLITICS AND CASTE BIASED. NO PROCESSES OR PROPER MANAGEMENT. WORK PRESSURE NO RECOGNITION GOOD APPRAISALS FOR BUTTERING PEOPLE ONLY. WORST PLACE TO HAVE IT AS A PART OF YOUR CAREER. JUST AVOID IT YOU WILL BECOME A ZERO N STAGNANT AND NO GROWTH

The time of Covid - 19 is very difficult for me. The company allowed to go after 2 O Clock but the does not allow to go home, he told me to go only after 6 O Clock.This was very punishable for me .The office is about 25 km from my house.Every day when I get home it is 9 oO clock .

Company work environment is good. Opportunity to learn new things in service or financial sector. Experienced teammates. If further I get chance to work wid this company. I always well come the opportunity.

You will get off roll job if your fresher. Slow growth, small fund house, less advertisement.

Sadaram fund partners is the newly arrived PMS fund in Mumbai. Doing well as investment manager of HNI investors in equity segment, specialist in midcap and small cap equity segment.

It's a new fund , company's HR culture and available infrastructure is not as mature as the fund should be.
