Growth its very slow action. Compensation is ok Recently Reporting person have changed, who doesn't have the ability to run the show.

Employee friendly,had opportunity for career development through cne programmes and even they entertain with other cultural activities too .it will help us to relax our mind and soul.each year they provide appraisal and rewards for the best employee overall i like company and i am happy about that i worked there for a year.

...e to staff shortage we have continue our shifts like morning+ evening like that.But they pay OT for those shifts that s a great thing ....evening night duty allowance are there

Good work environment and culture. Well experienced physicians and friendly. We can learn a lot from them. Excellent hospital. Hospital has good patient care quality.
