Please Don't Join this Company Very worst management, Very very worst salary specially No Appraisal. Yeah appraisal is there but u can't get anything only Rs.200 or 300 u will Get yearly Appraisal. My humble request please join any other better company 🙏.. Worst Appraisal Worst HR and Management Ok for Job security not much. No Bonus No Sweet & spicy for Diwali.. No leave for Special Festival Or Any Religion leave strictly not allowed. In Appraisal meet Managers Act as Super Star Rajinikanth.. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
