...ement is not transparent. There is a huge gaming arcade by seniors with juniors. Company policies are not good but they give salary hike and bonus according to the financial condition in every year.

Satisfactory work environment. Supportive team and satisfactory salary & bonus every year.

There is politics in site & management doesn't address for it & favour to closer person only salary is satisfactory & career growth is better of closer person of management.

...id to resign me in covid situation. Where financial & health condition is worst. And even during covid they deduction of 40% of salary.

The most important thing about my company is that all the staff working with me and all my seniors fully support each other. In, this any employee is fully skilled before working. The company provides equal and accessible opportunities for every employee to move forward. At the time everyone gets paid. And the best part is that any employee is connected to his family while working here., and if he has any family problem, he is given all possible support from the company.

If there is a shortage in my company , then it is that the company gives less salaries then the work that is taken from its employee.

here employee can apply for new working profile or can switches in other department with the co-ordinate with boss. so single person can developed multiple skills under the single roof.

communication gape with the boss as well as selectiveness of persons... buttering, back bitings...
