...o has a 11 year of job experience . Management does not respects their juniors . There is a major issue in salary . There is a incentive part in salary, which is variable . On leaves taken , per day incentive will be deducted from salary .

1. There is no fix salary 2. There is no good culture for employee . 3. No one in the management listen you even though you are right . 4. No one in the company following any rules

Compensation is decent.sometimes work pressure is high .

... most of the time. Not un necessary burden. Job security. People are friendly. Although there is very less increments but starting salary is good for GET & DET.

Very less increments. Working environment and facilities are not as good as required. Canteen food is not good
