compensation is decent but growth is slow. sometimes i have to work for long hours too but it to happens rare. only issue is lack of on- job training for freshers.

...HER CITY. COMPANY NOT WORK INCREASE WORK BUT DECREASE WORK AND MANY PLANT CLOSE. COMPANY NOT WORK PROMOTION AND INCREASE SALARY. COMPANY WANT PERMANENT WORKER OUT. COMPANY NOT PAY SALARY TIME.

Salary on time. H R behavior good.

Not doing any increment of staff . No any facility for employees like bus service. Dress not given last 2 years. Daily new arguments with worker union. Canteen food not good. At present management is not good. Increment done only upper grade. Not given any increment of staff. Very bad management this time.
