I am working from last four years and all my statements are true. Please if you don't got a job anywhere else and you don't have a choice then only you join, otherwise u understand.

Most important point is culture of work.Due to too much variance in Salary among staff and Helper it get impossible most of the time to work from them and even they don't want to work but all pressure come at staff member they are getting even half from helper. Even some Managers also not getting that much salary. No heracy level maintain there. Time to time strike of workers. One in all this company is of 90s and still don't want to change.

...HER CITY. COMPANY NOT WORK INCREASE WORK BUT DECREASE WORK AND MANY PLANT CLOSE. COMPANY NOT WORK PROMOTION AND INCREASE SALARY. COMPANY WANT PERMANENT WORKER OUT. COMPANY NOT PAY SALARY TIME.

Salary is decent but growth is slow, less increments , otherwise all ok to work with this organization

Salary on time. H R behavior good.

Not doing any increment of staff . No any facility for employees like bus service. Dress not given last 2 years. Daily new arguments with worker union. Canteen food not good. At present management is not good. Increment done only upper grade. Not given any increment of staff. Very bad management this time.
