When you joined this organization forgot that you can ever get a promotion. Salary is always getting late never on time. Increment is based on how much you buttering your boss. Average increment was about 1-2% of your ctc & in most of year you will never get increment because they always said company is in loss . Politics is extreme level. Top management plays dirty politics. So my total experience is don't join. They spoil your future.

...HER CITY. COMPANY NOT WORK INCREASE WORK BUT DECREASE WORK AND MANY PLANT CLOSE. COMPANY NOT WORK PROMOTION AND INCREASE SALARY. COMPANY WANT PERMANENT WORKER OUT. COMPANY NOT PAY SALARY TIME.

Not doing any increment of staff . No any facility for employees like bus service. Dress not given last 2 years. Daily new arguments with worker union. Canteen food not good. At present management is not good. Increment done only upper grade. Not given any increment of staff. Very bad management this time.
