very old and established company. hence can handle unforeseen risks and situation like a pandemic without much truncation in pay termination of the employee. regular staff salaries without any delay whatsoever every month good brand name to work within india as it provides a slight edge over contemporaries in construction field for future prospects

No product training, no technical training, no objection handling , no Merchandising material, no promotion support. If problem in sales and marketing and you tell the management and you only get a reply we are a brand lols

...People are promoted internally. People that work here are genius and friendly. The company provides a good salary, salary hike, fair perks, health insurance, and all government facilities like PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and every year Bonus. Every festival is celebrated in the company traditionally.

...s open office. Company policy is good. Leaves, holidays, and annual appraisals. Salary is on time everytime. Organizational structure is good. We used to have good activities, picnics, functions, gifts. Especially about management I want to say - professional and fair, yet kind also. My family also respects them alot. Senior Directors go out of their way to take care of persons in company.

Teammates are sometimes playing politics and spread negativity. But company HR is very good to solve all these matters fast and take quick action.
