Every employees are very friendly.. Job is secure only when u will able to face the difficulties coming from management.

...k pressure is too much as they have very less man power in quality department... The in-hand salary is very less according to your salary they are deducting almost 8-10k from CTC.. Also there is no employee engagement activity or no any festival or birthday celebrations and also no sport activity is being organized by them... The canteen food is also not of good quality... Totally it is not suitable for the persons who wants to switch from tier-1 company to sunvacuum.. It is gud for them who is switching from tier-2 to sunvacuum..No documents is kept in filing way if u want to see any document u just have to search in system which u will not find very easily...During audit u will always have to make quality documents which u already made but that cannot be found on the same place in next audit.... The space inside the plant is very Conjusted also the 5s is poor...

Company is good in all the aspects to work except the Plant Head Nature..... If your salary is exceed 60K, will start pinching you..... Team is good and cooperative...

Plant Head Nature - Top Management is not taking any action against.... Even Policy needs to be updated with current scenario.

I don't find anything which anyone can like but yes there are some points which is 1--canteen provides you a good meal 2--you will have to work only 8 hrs 3--HR dept. seems to be helping in nature

...very low 2--you will get a apprenticeship certification which is no use at all 3--they don't even hike your salary. They are just paying around 10k only 4--they are very reluctant to change your department 5--sometimes line head will abuse you for nothing (especially in production) and if you complain about this then they will justify it by saying yar this is haryana culture

Working with Sunvac is very good experience. Specially you get good knowledge about you working area.

...nowledge but the package offered by this company will be far less than expected. If we talk about other than salary then it is an ideal company for working. Solid in every aspects.
