Apart from salary everything is terrible. Work life balance is no more. There is no guarantee your job will be safe for tomorrow. There are number of incidents where they fired people with silly reasons. There is no management or HR policies. No career improvement

Everything except technical expertise since client is good.

No work life balance, no personal space, micromanagement, unhealthy work atmosphere, domination oriented, favoritism, prefer submissive employees, overtime without pay, forcing to work weekends for free

In this company if you know to speak TELUGU, you can survive, hard work talent nothing won't work . You don't have to do any work just call everyone 'anna' and move around - applicable for people who speak telugu. Company is filled with nepotism. Lead Review will be based on your personal life not Work life . Appraisal - in the name top performer everyone will be treated the same, a person who sleeps while working and a person who works day and night while be given equal appraisal.

I am learn how to handle the work as an individual engineer and self decision and managing director also very nice talk with derctly each every site incharge and site engineer also and food accommodation also very good provided by company each and every construction materials provided at time for achieving task salary's paid at right time

Dislikes

each and every company apply a pressure on their employees but according to the work some time I do the overtime also but when we absent so and so reason the company management should not deduct our salary

Likes

Management is good but never think about employees and their technical skills improvement. Have to learn own.

Dislikes

No team work, never support for any shift changes in emergency. Never know which shift we have to go.No personal life.
