... though if employee is sick and not able to came still they are force to come.if leave taken salary will be deducted. So, basically, they want which kind of employee who is ready for scarify family happiness and spend his 12 hours time for company. Beware those kind of companies.

...you for different position and working will be different 2) Worst organisation 3) company always ready to cut your salary 4) Payment is not on time 5) there is no training provided for newly joinee 6) please don't join 7) No PF 8) No allowance 9) No appreciation for work 10) poor HR management need to call 10 times then they will revert. 11) Small mistek u will get direct termination without notice

The company culture is pathetic with internal politics, favoritism. Poor leadership: The director is unresponsive and seems to priorities the opinion of one individual of manager over the rest of the team. Unprofessional behavior: Manager family members being employed in the company create conflict of interest and contribute to a toxic environment which the director is unaware. Hardly 10 employees are working in the company but there is lot of politics Director give more importance to manager and her family members. There is no growth in this company. pathetic experience to join this company. worst experience to join this company

Very supportive team and management. Top management is always available to address employee concerns. They are working with Enterprise segment customers which helps to learn lot of things to boost your skill
