In this company i have spend gud quality time with my colleagues.my teammates are very helpful and supporting for everyone who is working with them.this is my first industrial work experince and its v gud.and our instrument team strength is unity.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.and some time work pressure is high in projects .

my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Biased nature towards promotions. Decision makers for marketing are employees from sales background Male employees are having extreme work pressure as female employees take immunity in the name of "gender" & don't travel & implement marketing assignments.

Salary system, not having good salary structure based upon current industry norms, huge difference in salaries within same experienced employees. They should have a pay scale system for every grade irrespective of the experience.

manger eats your salary plus credit also u get appraisal based upon your location if you are from manager village taluka or district you will get more even if u don't do anything.Low salaried person are cursed here salary difference is more between same individual. Sometimes fresher are paid at more salary than experience that's their hr policy strictly confidential
