I really loved the time when I used to work at Sun Pharma. Being a sales & marketing executive, doctors recognises you, after all it's one of the largest pharmaceutical company in the world and I've seen majorly doctors have been prescribing the brand's of Sun since then.. when they started practicing in their early phase. So, I personally felt it's a big brand you're working for. The management is pretty good. The higher management listens to you (but you can't expect that fruitfulness from your immediate reporting manager). It varies from divisions to divsions, you know. Not same in every case. Company policies are also good. You can seek a quick growth in your career IF you're consistent with your overall performance. Work-life is there, but during every month closing there's tremendous pressure.

Dislikes

...porting manager will push you to the limit to do sales, either by hook or crook. You might even have to give your entire salary every month. Every single executive from bottom to top is aware of this thing. It was the only thing probably for which I resigned from the work or else I loved the company.

Caste and religion Discrimination, pathetic work life balance, bucket culture of hierarchy, no value for honest workers, even if ur parents die, they won't give u leave more than 2 days

Seniors are Showing them as a Chairman of The Company and They are created Fear Environment Around us.

Management slightly needs to improvement @ ground level. Superiors thinking they are the MD of Organisation. Good work always no recognition. No promotion chances.
