I like here the senior staff who work with us as they teach as very calmly and smartly that's why I like to work here.

I dislike their working of time as they call us any time they don't thought about our time whenever they have work they call us for that. they don't have any proper work slot.

The work life balance. Culture in Bangalore is good.

The management is clueless. There is no Strategy. Goals aren't defined clearly. It doesn't percolate to the ground staff. Many information is concealed. There is tremendous politics particularly in Delhi office. Don't approve of the leadership.

Compny is very good HR is also very nice very but the management is pathetic.

There are several politicians working as higher management, till they are there nothing is going to heppen to this company in terms of growth. They dont know anything about swapping business but pretending like the most intelligent person. Everyone is just makinh numbers by keeping their boss happy. Every one is trying to keep his relative , friend and brother in this company. No value of experience and honesty. POLITICS, NEPOTISM, FAVOURITISM
