Yes job security is there and timely pay for salaries till you work for them post that forget they would provide your F&F and relieving letter.

Once you take decision to switch or leave the organisation, they would make you cry for your decision when it comes to F&F as the value of an ex-employee is nothing for them.

their management is worst- only promoting their close ones despite of their low performance. they can fire you anytime if you dont agree with their decision. They tell employees to fill Best Place for work Survey in Infront of them so that this company get in top 100 companies list. dont trust what you see from outside.

...not good at every department 2. Extremely bias during quarterly appreciation 3. Competitive salary but still low compared to other product companies. 4. Most of the stuff is already developed by third party vendors currently we are working on supporting & doing enhancements. 5. Hrs & manager will pressure you to work from office atleast 2 days.
