New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Sun Infonet is a very secure place to work as some very useful people are still working here there is no performance review so once you are in there is a very less chances that you will be shown the door. The pace is slow and you can live your life and have fun side by.

Dislikes

There is no system of appraisal, no professionalism in terms of HR as that is the most pathetic department they will hire you and forget about you. The raise system is flat so high performance and low performance people will get the same kind of raise which is super frustrating.
