Teammates are supportive and flexible work hours. Work life balance is not compromised. Suitable for people who needs job security with slow career growth.

Dislikes

Salary is decent for freshers but career growth is very slow. There is minimum to no increments even after 3 years.

One of the best companies with regards to human resource value, work pife balance and company culture. Small team but great work culture and no superiority issues.

Appraisals and incentives are low, infact negligible.
