The timings are flexible and the food is free if you have to work night shifts.

Dislikes

...ee welfare. There is no work culture. Its a purely commercial minded management. Very bad salary hikes and almost nil chances of promotion as there is performance appraisal system. Its better to avoid working here.

They wont work but as they are relatives/X colleagues of relatives of few leads they will get good hikes/promotions. Even though you work smard you wont get these.
