Never ever join this company. There is no system. There are no safety measures for employees. There is no work policy or timings. The company rules are only for a few employees, not for all. There is no career growth at all. They think and treat, "we're paying you and you just work like a slave". The rules are not applicable for GM & the above position. you'll get a promotion only from buttering not from your talent, knowledge, skill or capacity.

There is no humanity in the work culture. They're least bothered about you, health or family. They'll throw you out any time. They'll not give any training for the new joiner. No KT at all. because they don't know it. No professionalism at all. DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY. DON'T SPOIL YOUR LIFE.
