Due to merger company is in restructuring and laying off with immediate effect with no prior notice. Politics. Unwanted late sitting. No job security. It is like you go office as an employee but may be in the evening your status would be ex employee. 3 months notice period, If employee resign with no payout of variables.

Companies future is not clear. They are not trying to increase revenue, no active marketing and sales. Company acts like SPV created to finance tower building cost

Although the company is in its earlier stages but it’s evolving into a nice organisation to work.

Dislikes

The agreement and the model it is in with its partner does not allow employees to perform freely, are dependent on the partner team in operations.
