I was a consultant deployed at client location hence this does not apply to me in the exact sense.

Dislikes

My major problem with the company was with regards to delay in payment of dues. Add to this the callous attitude of the executives while dealing with me & absolute lack of proactiveness.

Company doesn't value there employees. You cannot say NO to anything to the management of you don't like something then you will be radar and asked to leave the company. Unnecessary pressure building is done without any logic to front sales guys. Sales incentives are paid very late (almost they a year to release) and when you follow up then they tell that they don't have money (even the CEO says this). Very irresponsible management and there are alot of politics inside. No hikes

Not much opportunity for career growth. People tend to get saturated quickly. My work was good, team was good, but I've personally heard many complaints against the management. Not many benefits as well. It's a "go to work, come back home" place - can't expect anything exciting.

Dislikes

Flexible working days/hours. A company culture was also painfully lacking

The HR was amazing and lot of employee engagement activities. The ambiance was professional and yet, fun.

Dislikes

Politics. As in any other place. There could have been more scope to help employees develop soft-skills. But overall, it was a company I personally enjoyed working in.

You have freedom to choose working hours, holidays.

Dislikes

Salary is very poor, growth opportunities are blocked by upper management and they do not care about employees but rather money they make while doing business. They lost a whole set of good employees in the process but they just dont care to sustain.
