Present India management not good. No value of honest and hard working employees. Very high level of Nepotism, Buttering..(Even present India MD also involved) No Job security, (Company working on bringing down Average age of Employee by forceful resignation of 20 years old employees)

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Horrible Management. Lack of vision. No softwares. Still working in 2G in the age of 5G. Most of the staffs are in this organisation since last 15~20 years. Though they have grown in their position, but are actually under-qualified . As a result the acceptability for a new qualified staff is not their. They corner the new staffs to such an extent that they are forced to leave the organisation.

I thinking about my career life in Suimitomo Asian Branch, I was truly interested among modern technologies and warmly working environment, I was happy working there because of friendship between the employees. They are serious on health and safety options, I like it. Thanks. Our uniform had good attraction for us.

Dislikes

The project director didn't believe and respect on skill of local engineers that why they trained the unexperience managers in projects. We were grow up together, its so funny. As you know, we were contract employees, so before and after the project was completed, we became unemployed. I am really wanna know and ask that " Do you have any plans or opportunities for your outstanding former employees?"

Good and supportive management, good working condition, excellent quality and safety practise culture. Company policies are good and offer good renumarations
