Salary structure is very bad. Huge amount deducted in CTC. As and when you resign and leave the organisation, you can not get back your deducted amount. HR department is not co-operative. Notice period is 03 months. Organisation is Paid leave in cash only basic amount but if you pay against notice period days in gross. Very very partiality in HR department.

...pany because here mostly work farmers level and discuss about farmer's problem . Compensation is decent and growth is fast.

This company work pressure is high. Sometimes i have work to 14-16 hours straight in a day and sometimes work at late inght .

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

Salary hike is biggest problem. Union in staff and worker no control of HR on union.

The company is good,. They have a nice culture and pro employee (The Japanese bosses). I do travelled in different countries and I appreciate it a lot. They give you a chance to voice out your ideas and give it a chance to be implemented. Thank you very much for giving the chance to work with the company. If given a chance to work again I might consider it. Thak you

I am satisfied with my salary but pressures from my direct boss was so intense that he always find me faults and tell me that I am not working good despite of my achievements by delivering the promise in less than the agreed time line. Working with my direct boss becomes unpleasant forme. Some important agreement in my contract was not given (company issued vehicle that would be awarded after 3 years and life insurance since I always travel abroad for official purposes).
