...you do any big mistake, working culture is good, your colleagues are supportive. Salary on time.
For learning no doubt culture is good but for growth in career is slow & salary growth is slow.

...r is very familiar company ,all the colleagues are very friendly and supportive. the company had paid full salary during lockdown. also given moral support to survive during covid-19 crises.
The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and as a global clients base.
Over time we have received after 3 months, growth is very slow in this company ,reliever is not met properly so 12 hours duty,in my department no manager ,no Assistant Manager so I face every problem of my job profile work and other issues, like machine maintenance issue, planning of daily work, handling manpower,Hamal management, daily target of work, handling third party serveyor, coordination with quality , logistics and production, vehicle drivers
People at Senior Position : They Care about you both professionally and personally. They really guide you and make sure to bring the best out of you. This is always beneficial for both Employer and Employee.Attitude towards Work is Excellent.
As company is growing leaps and bounds,There's always more work and less manpower but the fact remains true, Individual Growth Aspect is equally amazing in this company.
The Work Pressure is really high at the Bottom level if it's measured against the Compensation. Quality of People being recruited is Very good but they have to be nurtured end to end which is a bit difficult during peak procurement season time unless there's a pro-active approach from the employee. There's No On-Job Training which as i'm told is changing from the Current Financial Year.
