Absolute Disaster _ Stay away No salary hikes or appraisals in last TWO YEARS _ basically the expect you to work like a machine or peanuts. Management is a joke - ZERO support, Zero Leadership, Zero Accountability. Leave policy? More like a circus _ they keep changing it every other week. Communication? Non existent. Favoritism - Some individuals act like "Gher Jamai" and receive preferential treatment. No motivation. No good Clients, No real job requirements - Just a dead end Incentives? Good luck figuring out when (or if) you'll ever get them. People who make this place worse Business head cum politician - Completely useless. Has no idea what's going on just exits for the name sake. Compliance manager - Two-faced and diplomatic _ plays both side like a Pro. HR - I will get back to you. Latkan - No one even POCs don't talk to him beacuse of his foolishness. His own so called friends friends mock him behind his back _ and he is clueless about it. Final Verdict: If you value your career, mental peace and basic self respect, DO NOT JOIN Leave right now as I did.

...k effectively or efficiently. No training and development programs are held. Salary is not On time Low quality food Zero work life balance Company culture is definitely Toxic Negative people, negative environment I did not find any talented people in this company. Not even qualities of a leader in the upper management people .Everything is driven in the company through politics and of course boot lickers.

Need to take ownership of projects, high learning curve, very good for freshers to join, take exposure and then switch with good hikes. Very flexible and supportive management. Very good job security and company culture.

Salary not at par to industry levels. No systematic process for promotions.

...imings as well.if i raise a stand for any issue my manager says to me to regine.after i have resigned they didnt provide me my certificate and compensation of that closure which i have done.unhappy with sumeru.

Manager is good ,helping nature,thier is lot of politics going on.

no job security,the salary is very less,the siniors dont help the new comers lots of poilitics in the project.no one is thier to ask what is the issue.full of politics.
