...6:30Pm. And if you will come only 1 minute late half day will be considered. 2. Your salary will be deducted without informing to you, 3. Unsecured Job 4. Company policies is worst. 5. Kaam chalaau employees 6. Company treat their employees as a servant.

The company is open to innovate and readily adopt latest technology.I am loving the part of a team that fosters market place and innovate and develop new market.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent and the growth is slow.The work pressure is very high,but i thik is good for work to learn a lot.I am a hard worker and patient keeper working growth my attitude as ahigh level.

Good growing company .... Employees are very good n work oriented persons..Really Sumax is lucky and should be proud for his dedicated employees.

Dislikes

Purely MD bossism.. every employee treated as car cleaner, corporate structure not yet seen n forever will not able to see, atleast there is not have one fine Tolet for female employee..MD will think always his business growth and show reckless on employee n their benefits..This kind of companies will not grow in long run...God will punish definitely.I will pray to God to change Management Attitude.

Most unethical company I have ever seen in my career. Company will do business directly in any area with out informing the respective area manager ,even if there is local distributor or dealer is already doing business. They don't believe in ethics.
