...tructured and organized company. Takes a great care of the staff and its people. On time salary, job security and also provide good work life balance. The great thing about Sumadhura is that the staff, starting from junior level to higher management are very cooperative and supportive. They have a lot of respect for each other on a greater perspective. These things really sets apart Sumadhura from other builders across the city. Sumadhura don't do on roll quickly,,,they take long duration for trainee engineers it's really very sad and experience letter also not provided in that period so plz don't do like this
