Managers and HODs personal gosip on Employees. Corporate politics with each employees. No growth in some department like especially HR, Accounts.. No clarity on Goals or Job responsibilities. No professional growth in career.

Job security is there. Company policies are not so great. Especially at the time of incentives decision making takes ages. Those who want timely salaries can join.

Decision making is too slow. No value for the skill full employees. Need someone who implements their strategies.

...tructured and organized company. Takes a great care of the staff and its people. On time salary, job security and also provide good work life balance. The great thing about Sumadhura is that the staff, starting from junior level to higher management are very cooperative and supportive. They have a lot of respect for each other on a greater perspective. These things really sets apart Sumadhura from other builders across the city. I'm very fortunate to work in this great organization.

Sumadhura don't do on roll quickly,,,they take long duration for trainee engineers it's really very sad and experience letter also not provided in that period so plz don't do like this

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't adress there issue salary is decent but career growth is slow
